We’re seeking a passionate OT to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel contract. Responsibilities:

Evaluate, develop, and implement customized treatment plans to help patients regain daily living skills.
Use therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and interventions to improve function and independence.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with SNF guidelines.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies.

Requirements:

Active OT license or eligibility for licensure.
SNF experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
