Description
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams
Requirements
- Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Required: Active PT license or ability to obtain
- Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
