Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams

Requirements

Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Required: Active PT license or ability to obtain
Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
