Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
  • Required: Active PT license or ability to obtain
  • Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
