Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to provide services in an elementary school setting. The SLP will work with students in grades K–5, supporting speech, language, communication, and academic success through individualized therapy services.

Position Details

School Year: 2026–2027
Start Date: NSY
Schedule: 35.5–37.5 hours per week
Setting: Elementary School
Student Population: K–5th grade
Caseload: Approximately 20–30 students
CF Candidates: Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district guidelines
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Requirements

Required: Active Illinois SLP license
Required: Professional Educator License (PEL)
