We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare team. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to help improve independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life. This role involves working with patients experiencing physical, developmental, cognitive, or emotional limitations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support rehabilitation goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, home programs, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Assist with discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services when appropriate
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional therapy environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving functional outcomes and independence

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Required: Active OT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous occupational therapy or healthcare experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
