Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 13-Week Assignment
About the Job:
Are you an adventurous Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to take your skills on the road? We’re seeking a passionate and flexible SLP to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel assignment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab team while helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Create and implement personalized therapy plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive care

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards and regulatory guidelines

Educate patients, caregivers, and families on strategies and home programs
Requirements:

Active SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one in the assignment state)

SNF experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
