We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide coverage during a maternity leave assignment. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on positive rehabilitation outcomes

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Required: Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
