About the Job: 

Are you an adventurous Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for your next travel assignment? We’re seeking a passionate OT to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel contract. Work with a supportive rehab team while making a meaningful impact on patients' independence and daily function

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized treatment plans to help patients regain daily living skills 

• Use therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and interventions to improve function and independence 

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team 

• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with SNF guidelines 

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies 

Requirements: 

• Active OT license or eligibility for licensure 

• SNF experience preferred, but not required 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
