Are you an adventurous Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for your next travel assignment? We’re seeking a passionate OT to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel contract. Work with a supportive rehab team while making a meaningful impact on patients' independence and daily function

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement customized treatment plans to help patients regain daily living skills
- Use therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and interventions to improve function and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with SNF guidelines
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
Requirements:
- Active OT license or eligibility for licensure
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
