Description
We’re seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care setting. This opportunity is open to all experience levels, including new graduates, and offers consistent daytime hours with overtime potential.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled PT interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care
Accurately document evaluations and treatments
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
What You Need
PT or DPT from an accredited program
Active or eligible Physical Therapist license
All experience levels welcome, including new graduates
Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills
