Description

We’re seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care setting. This opportunity is open to all experience levels, including new graduates, and offers consistent daytime hours with overtime potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver skilled PT interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care

  • Accurately document evaluations and treatments

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team

What You Need

  • PT or DPT from an accredited program

  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license

  • All experience levels welcome, including new graduates

  • Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills
