Special Procedures Tech - Travel Position

Location: Webster, Texas
Facility: Hospital with 2 IR Labs, 2nd Floor, Central Tower

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 2 IR Labs
• Staffing:

  • Day Shift: 4 RNs, 4 Techs
  • Night Shift: On Call
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment Used: GE, Siemens
• EMR System: Meditech

Job Requirements

• Must Have Skills:

  • IR / Specials experience (candidates without this will not be considered)
• Preferred Skills:

  • Additional relevant skills in IR or Special Procedures (preferred but not mandatory)

Typical Procedures

• General Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR)

Work Schedule & Environment

• Shift: Day shift primarily
• On Call: Rotation includes 5 days per month plus 1 weekend on call
• Dress Code: OR scrubs or standard scrubs
• Personality Fit: Positive attitude

Certifications

• Required certifications relevant to Special Procedures Tech role (specific certifications not listed)

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
