Travel RN Opportunity - SICU/MICU Unit, Hermitage, Tennessee

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Travel
Location: Hermitage, Tennessee
Unit: SICU/MICU (Surgical and Medical Intensive Care Unit)
Unit Size: 24 beds
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
Scheduling: Preferred self-scheduling; floating in rotation with all staff
Documentation System: Meditech
Uniform: Black scrubs required

Unit Environment & Equipment

Staffing: Unit secretaries and tech availability support 1:2 and 1:3 ratios
Equipment: SLEDD (Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis), EVD (External Ventricular Drain), ICU modalities
Procedures Performed: EVD placement, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, and other ICU procedures

Required Certifications & Skills

Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale (NIH), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Skills: Must have ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification

Contract Length

Duration: 13 weeks
