Description

Job Opportunity: Echo Tech (Travel)

Location: Fort Pierce, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 2
Number of Staff: 7
Shift Coverage:
- Day Shift: 2-3 staff
- Night Shift: 1-2 staff (Evenings only, no overnight shifts)
- Weekend Coverage: 1-2 staff on Saturday & Sunday
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: GE
Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
Call Requirements: 3-7 nights per month

Requirements

Certifications:
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience: 1-3 years working with patients ranging from neonate to geriatric

Typical Procedures

Complete 2D Echocardiograms

Preferences

Functions well independently
Ability to complete studies in less than 45 minutes per patient
Easily adaptable to a fast-paced, fluid environment
Able to take call for emergency stat echos

Dress Code

Scrubs: Ciel blue
