Description

Job Opportunity: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking experienced CVICU RNs willing to also cover CCU.
Facility has 2 Cath Labs, including 1 Hybrid Cath Lab.
Must have Day 0 CVICU experience.
Work at a smaller independent hospital serving the local community.
Located between Denver and Grand Junction on the I-70 Corridor, near Vail and Aspen.
Opportunity to make a difference during the winter months in Colorado.

Shift Details

12-hour night shifts.
Weekend rotation required.
Must participate in call rotation: 1 call shift per 2-week period may be required in place of guaranteed hours if staffing needs arise.

Housing

Newly remodeled studio and small 1-bedroom apartments available nearby.
Studios and 1-bedroom units are fully furnished, include Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry.
No deposit required; ready to move in for travelers during assignment.

Requirements

Strong CVICU skills required.
Colorado RN license in good standing.
BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Minimum 3 years of RN Critical Care experience.

Additional Notes

Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
