Physical Therapist Travel Position - Asheville, North Carolina

Location

Franklin / Macon County area, North Carolina

Facility & Unit Information

Setting: Home Health (CarePartners Home Health)
Patient Load: 5-6 patients per day
Scheduling: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Documentation System: HCHB
Staffing: Home health unit with unit secretaries and tech availability
Equipment: Not applicable
Floating Policy: Not specified
Dress Code: Business casual for therapy staff
Transportation: Reliable vehicle required for patient visits

Required Experience & Skills

Home health experience required
Hospice experience preferred for nursing roles
Therapy candidates must have home health experience specific to Franklin/Macon County area

Certifications & Licenses

BLS certification required
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license required

Additional Notes

Candidates should be prepared to work in a home health environment
Emphasis on patient experience in home health and hospice care
