Description

Job Opportunity: Operating Room RN (Contract)

Specialty: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Surgical Scrub Tech Role)
Employment Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform preparatory, scrubbing, and related services to support patient care in the operating room.
Assist with surgical cases across all specialty areas including General, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Vascular, Neuro, Spinal, Dental, Complex cases, Pediatrics, and Adults.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical assisting/scrubbing.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
Experience with a variety of surgeries as listed above.

Work Environment

Small facility with 6 beds (5 general, 1 urology).
Patient types include both pediatric and adult populations.
Tech to patient ratio is 1:1.
Bedside telemetry monitoring required.

Schedule

On-call availability preferred.
Weekend rotation preferably 1 weekend per month.
