Description

Job Opportunity: Operating Room Scrub Technician (Contract)

Employment Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform preparatory, scrubbing, and related services to support patient care in the operating room.
Assist with surgical cases across all specialty areas.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
Experience with surgeries in the following specialties:
- General
- Gynecology
- Urology
- ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat)
- Vascular
- Neurosurgery
- Spinal
- Dental
- Complex cases
- Pediatrics and Adults

Work Environment

Facility has 6 beds (5 general, 1 urology).
Patient types include general, pediatric, and adult cases.
Tech to patient ratio is 1:1.
Bedside telemetry monitoring is required.
On-call availability is ideally expected.
Weekend rotation preferably 1 weekend per month.
Scrub color: Procedural.
