Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Therapy (Physical Therapist)
Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
Join the Rehabilitation team providing evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing declines in physical mobility or functional independence. Services include:
- Acute and swing bed rehab
- Outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab
- Balance and dizziness rehab
- Wheelchair seating
- Neck, back, and extremity care
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
Contract Length
- 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
- Must be able to coordinate interview scheduling
