Travel Allied Health Opportunity - Dallas, Texas

Position Details

  • Specialty: Allied Health (CST - Certified Surgical Technologist)
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Contract Length: 8 weeks
  • Shift: Day shift primarily; night shift covered by on-call
  • Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week

Unit Information

  • Unit: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
  • Number of Beds: 5 ORs (3 open, 2 hybrid)
  • Staffing: Approximately 15 staff members
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1 (estimated)
  • Equipment: Operating Room (OR) equipment
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Required Certifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Skills and Experience

  • Required: CST certification for scrub techs
  • Preferred: CNOR certification for nurses
