Travel RN Opportunity – Arlington, Texas

Position Details

  • Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Location: Arlington, Texas
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

  • Unit: Operating Room (OR)
  • Number of ORs: 10
  • Staffing:
    • Day Shift: Schedule dependent; includes charge nurse, cardiovascular (CV), and trauma teams
    • Night Shift: Two teams in-house including trauma team; one team on call
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1
  • Equipment: Standard OR equipment including robotics
  • EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • RN: Minimum 2 years experience including trauma, orthopedic, and neuro specialties
    • CST: National or military certification plus 2+ years experience including trauma, ortho, and neuro (for CST candidates)
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • Licenses: Registered Nurse License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Meditech and HCA systems
  • Robotics experience
  • Charge nurse experience

Typical Procedures

  • All specialties except transplant and pediatrics
