Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Unit

Job Description

Provide quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols
Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment
Administer specified medications as allowed by policy, licensure, and State Practice Act
Respond safely and promptly to patient requests and report significant observations to the RN
Understand and deliver care according to the patient’s plan of care, participating in planning and implementation under RN direction
Follow hospital and nursing policies, identify emergency situations, and initiate appropriate nursing measures within scope of practice
Instruct patients in self-care according to teaching plans and document patient care activities
