Job Opportunity: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services at a healthcare facility in Western Colorado.
• Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license valid for Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemption).

Additional Information

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
• Possible housing opportunity available nearby (studio or small one-bedroom apartments, fully furnished).
• No pets allowed in housing.
