Operating Room Travel Position

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule & Location

• Main location: Danvers Surgical Center
• Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may extend if cases run late)
• Travel between Danvers and Beverly locations required
• May be required to float to Addison Gilbert if needed
• Call shifts: 2-3 per schedule period

  • Weeknight call: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekend call: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Facility & Services

• Danvers Surgical Center: 4 Operating Rooms
• Beverly Hospital: 10 Operating Rooms
• Services include: General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics (total joints), GU, ENT, Vascular, Robotics, Spine

Requirements

• NBSTSA and BLS-AHA certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Must be able to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases and orthopedics
• Spine experience is a plus
• Flu vaccine required prior to start (no personal or religious exemptions accepted)
• Previous travel experience preferred (not explicitly required)
• Local candidates not accepted
• Cannot have worked permanent, per diem, or travel assignments for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months

Additional Information

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
