Travel RN - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Denver, Colorado (Englewood area)
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Hospital Size: 408 beds
OR Details: 14 ORs total
- 1 Hybrid Cardiovascular OR
- 1 Cystoscopy OR
- 12 Multipurpose ORs
Staffing:
- 60 full-time employees
- Day Shift: 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, 2 Clinical Charge RNs
- Night Shift: Clinical Charge RN, 1 OR RN, 1 CST, with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General surgery
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment: Standard OR equipment, Stryker video systems
EMR System: Meditech

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be able to circulate independently as an RN
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Valid Registered Nurse License

Preferred Skills

CNOR certification
Experience with Meditech EMR
Ability to scrub

Typical Procedures

All surgical procedures performed except transplants
