Description

Job Opportunity: Emergency Room RN - Night Shift

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.
  • Safely, rapidly, and accurately triage patients based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors affecting patient flow.
  • Communicate effectively with ER Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP) regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, APP providers, allied health staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide direction to Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff.
  • Receive direction from Emergency Department Leader, Providers, and Chief Nursing Officer.
