Description
ICU Registered Nurse (Contract)
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Specialty: Nursing (ICU)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
- Charge Nurse experience required
- Certifications required:
- American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS
- Conscious Sedation certification (can be obtained through facility)
Shift
- 12-hour night shift primarily
- Flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No time off allowed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
Additional Information
- Travelers may be expected to float to other departments where qualified
- Floating duties may include patient care or task-oriented activities such as answering call lights and phones
- Orientation is held on Mondays only; missing compliance deadlines will delay start to the following Monday
