Job Opportunity: Cardiopulmonary Respiratory Therapist

Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • 13-week assignment
  • 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Shift time: 05:30 AM - 06:00 PM
  • Respiratory Therapists provide, coordinate, and direct individualized comprehensive respiratory care based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Must be a team player
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract

Requirements

  • Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (must maintain all)
  • Prefer 1 year of current acute care experience; new graduates may be considered
  • Strong OB experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment (specific lifting and pushing requirements detailed)
  • Auditory and visual ability to perform procedures and charting
  • Ability to meet specific criteria for the Cardiopulmonary department

  • Located near Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest
