Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Days

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in Cath Lab during day shifts
EP (Electrophysiology) experience required
Call required, including 1 weekend per month (Friday-Sunday)
Care for adult and geriatric cardiac patients requiring diagnostic and interventional procedures including CAD, ACS, STEMI/NSTEMI, arrhythmias, heart failure, and vascular disease
Utilize equipment such as IMPELLA, IABP, ROTAPRO, LASER in a 3 lab unit

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of specialty experience in Cath Lab or related area
EP experience is mandatory
Prior travel experience: Not required (1st time travel accepted)

Certifications Required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Other certifications may be required as applicable (PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, MAB, CPI, NIH Stroke Certification)

Licensure

Valid state nursing license with primary source verification
NURSYS verification required

Compliance and Documentation

Background checks including 7-year history, education verification, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
Drug screening (10 panel) within 90 days of start
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit mask test within 1 year of start, renewed annually
Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (positive titer or 2 vaccines)
- Hepatitis B (positive titer, series, or declination)
- Varicella (positive titer, 2 vaccines, or documented history)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption (during flu season)
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
