Travel RN - Case Manager

Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, every other weekend required
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute (hospital) case management experience
Skills: Knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual systems
Certifications: BLS
Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Acute care hospital with 309 beds
Offers open heart surgery and is an Advanced Primary Stroke Center accredited by the Joint Commission
Accredited Cancer Care Center
Provides advanced care for critically ill patients including cardiovascular and trauma injury care
Emergency services include main ER, Pediatric ER, and Destin ER
Partnership with nearby hospitals and rehabilitation institutes
