Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Travel/Contract

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: Preferred 1/26; may consider 2/9

Experience Requirements

• Tech Cert Verification - National: Required within 30 days of start
• State License Verification: Required within 30 days of start
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Required within 30 days of start
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Required, update annually
• Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing: Required

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7 Year Background Check required within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Education Verification required
• Pass/Fail Testing during orientation (includes Medication Administration, Restraint, Glucometer tests)
• Medication/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable
• Skills Checklist required, update annually
• Employment Application/Resume required
• 2 References required within 3 years of start

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Fit Mask Test within 6 months prior to start; annual updates required
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start; TB Questionnaire required annually
• Immunizations required (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing):

  • Rubeola (Measles): Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
  • Mumps: Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
  • Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
  • Hepatitis B: Positive titer or series with declination form if applicable
  • Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or proof of disease (boosters if negative/equivocal)
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap: Within 10 years of start
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination or facility-specific declination during flu season (10/31-3/31)
  • COVID initial series required; boosters not required
• Drug Testing required within 30 days; must include standard drug panels

• Facility may consider 36 hours/week but prefers 48 hours/week
