Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Travel/Contract
Location: San Angelo, Texas
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: Preferred 1/26; may consider 2/9
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Accepted Credentials: CRT or RRT
Preferred Weekly Hours: 48 hours/week (may consider 36 hours/week)
Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

- CHEMO (Chemotherapy): Required as applicable
- ENPC: Required as applicable
- Tech Cert Verification - National: Required within 30 days of start
- State License Verification: Required within 30 days of start
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Required within 30 days of start
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Required, update annually
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing: Required
Background and Compliance Requirements
- 7 Year Background Check required within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
- Education Verification required
- Pass/Fail Testing during orientation (includes Medication Administration, Restraint, Glucometer tests)
- Medication/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable
- Skills Checklist required, update annually
- Employment Application/Resume required
- 2 References required within 3 years of start
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
- Fit Mask Test within 6 months prior to start; annual updates required
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start; TB Questionnaire required annually
- Immunizations required (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing):
- Rubeola (Measles): Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
- Mumps: Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
- Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines (boosters if negative/equivocal)
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer or series with declination form if applicable
- Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or proof of disease (boosters if negative/equivocal)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap: Within 10 years of start
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination or facility-specific declination during flu season (10/31-3/31)
- COVID initial series required; boosters not required
- Drug Testing required within 30 days; must include standard drug panels

- Vaccine Exemption Form (if applicable)
