Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract
Location: Roseau, Minnesota

Job Summary
The RN provides clinical leadership to ensure the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through clinical services. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a person-centered and resident-directed culture, and support individual and team learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to clinical staff on specific clinical accountability areas such as infection control, safety, wound management, and RAI process.
- Guide implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, sanitation, staff development, RAI process, and quality care standards.
- Support organizational fiscal viability through efficient use of resources and maintaining appropriate clinical staffing.
- Foster collaboration, consensus, and problem-solving within the household.
- Maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other departments.
- Demonstrate and nurture dementia-sensitive care practices that promote individualized, person-centered care and well-being.
