Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity
Location: Arlington, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience in inpatient rehab and/or hospital settings to provide care for neuro and ortho patients. The role involves evaluations and treatments in both inpatient rehab and acute care settings including ortho, telemetry, and ICU units.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License (no temporary licenses allowed)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience (including inpatient rehab and/or hospital experience)
- Experience with neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments in inpatient rehab and acute care settings
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience specifically in rehab and/or acute hospital settings
- Specialty/unit certifications related to Physical Therapy (PT) are preferred
Work Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekend: Rotating schedule
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating: As needed (may float to antepartum/gynecology units)
- Call requirements: To be discussed during interview

Dress Code & Appearance Guidelines
- Scrub color: Hunter Green
- Nails: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gels, or enhancements
- Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors; long hair must be pulled back in lab areas
- Facial hair: Must be clean and neatly trimmed
- Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible; exceptions handled individually
- Piercings: Only ear piercings allowed; no visible nose, tongue, or other piercings

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
- Floating may include antepartum/gynecology units
- Attendance policies follow company-wide standards
