- Day Shift Staffing Example: 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift Staffing Example: 2 Charge, 8 RNs, 5 Paramedics
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- EMR System: Meditech
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience (higher value between 1 and 1.5 years applied)
- Preferred: 2+ years ER experience
- Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required
Skills
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Team player personality preferred
- Meditech EHR experience preferred
Certifications (Required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIH Certification
