Job Opportunity: Anesthesia Technician

Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Credential and Compliance Requirements

Personal Health History

• MMR Vaccine or Immunity: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine OR two MMR vaccines OR proof of immunity via blood test. Required for onboarding.

• Optional but Preferred: Hepatitis B vaccine or immunity, Tdap vaccine within 10 years, positive PPD with negative chest x-ray if applicable, TB symptom survey if positive PPD.

Professional Requirements

• Criminal Background Check: Within 45 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break. Includes county and international searches. Required for onboarding.
• Massachusetts CORI Check: Within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break. Required for onboarding.
• Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state. Required for submission.
• References: Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above, in skillset. Required for submission.
• Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for all initial assignments and extensions, updated if start date changes. Required for onboarding.
• Education Verification: Verified through background check company, must verify highest level of education achieved. Required for onboarding.
• SSN Trace: Must be run with criminal check, listing addresses/aliases for past 7 years. Required for onboarding.
• National Sex Offender Check: Ran within 30 days of start and updated annually. Required for onboarding.
• Exclusion Checks: Ran within 30 days of start and annually, including OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists. Required for onboarding.
