Job Description

• Work in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) with experience in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures.

Required Experience

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals.
• Florida AHCA Level II fingerprinting clearance required prior to start (Livescan electronic fingerprinting).
• Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine within 1 year of start.
• Physical exam within 6 months of start.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually.
• Immunizations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (vaccines or titers as applicable).
• Seasonal flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required.

Onboarding & Training

• Completion of online training modules prior to start (must be done on a computer using Google Chrome).
• Pass/Fail testing on EKG and medication/pharmacology during orientation (2 attempts allowed).
• Medication and competency exams as applicable.
• Acknowledgement of safety manual, HIPAA, and pass/fail testing required.

Additional Requirements

• Two professional references within 2 years of start date required.
• Employment application and skills checklist (updated annually) required.
• Performance evaluation on file if worked with the system over 1 year.
• Radiation badge issued if applicable.
