Description

Travel RN Opportunity - Intermediate Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Pasadena, Texas
Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (ICU) - 36 beds, 60+ staff
Shift:

Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 4 PCTs
Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 4 PCTs
Patient Ratios: Up to 1:4 or 1:5 depending on staffing

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Floor: 2nd South Tower
EMR System: Meditech
Floating Areas: All areas within the facility
Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs and jacket, undershirt must be royal blue or white
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required, no on-call

Required Certifications & Licenses

Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIH Certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in the specialty
