Description

Job Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Location: Miami, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (CVL)
Number of Beds: 13
Number of Staff: 30 (RN, CVT)
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (or until all cases are completed)
- Night Shift: On Call
Patient Ratios: 1:3
Equipment: Phillips and GE
Documentation Systems: Meditech, Mac Lab
Call Requirements: After hours, weekends, and major holidays
Additional On-call: During the week and every other weekend (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 5 days)

Requirements

Licenses: Registered Nurse License
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Cardiac Cath Lab)
Preferred Experience:
- Cath lab experience
- Ability to function independently and adapt to a fast-paced unit

Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
Right Heart Catheterization (RHC)
Peripheral procedures
Structural Heart procedures
Electrophysiology (EP)

Scrubs provided by the institution
