Job Opportunity: LPN - Days for LTC

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
Must have a current, unrestricted Colorado nursing license
LTC experience required
MDS (Minimum Data Set) experience preferred

Certifications Required

BLS/BCLS

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (based on specialty experience requirement)
Prior travel experience is required

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Information

Shared furnished housing available within city limits, includes Wi-Fi and cable
No pets and no smoking allowed in housing
Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (radius rule)
Local travelers will not be considered

This position is ideal for LPNs with LTC experience looking for a contract role in Colorado with housing provided.
