Job Opportunity: Radiology Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging)
Location: Laramie, Wyoming
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for obtaining radiographic images of areas of concern and presenting these images to providers to facilitate patient care.
Essential Functions
- Provide radiographic images for the radiologist.
- Assist radiologist with procedures.
- Provide education to patients according to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Credentials
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program required.
- Current, valid ARRT registration in good standing required.
- Current, valid Wyoming Radiology Technologist License in good standing required.
- Current, valid BLS certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire and maintained throughout employment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Years of Experience Required: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum entry-level with hospital experience preferred.
