Job Description

Home Health Physical Therapist role
Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
First-time travelers accepted (must have OASIS experience)
Float coverage to other zip codes may be requested as needed
Service area includes Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Charles County, and St Marys County
Contractors assigned to a group of zip codes within one county based on staffing needs
Work schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Must have a reliable personal vehicle meeting licensure and insurance requirements
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Licenses & Certifications

Maryland Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Locals within 60 miles may be accepted at a lower rate
Prior travel experience not required (first-time travelers accepted)
