Location: Washington, District of Columbia

Job Description

Home Health Physical Therapist role
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (08:00 - 17:00)
Service area covers multiple zip codes within Washington DC; may be asked to float to cover other zip codes as needed
Use of personal vehicle required; must have reliable transportation with all licensure and insurance in good standing
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Requirements

Licenses/Certifications:
- MD license required
- BLS certification required
- Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
Travel Experience:
- First-time travelers accepted (no prior travel experience required) but must have OASIS experience

Additional Information

Contractors are assigned to groups of zip codes based on staffing needs
Mileage reimbursement applies from first to last patient of the day
