Location: Dover, New Hampshire

Job Description

• Position: MLT Generalist, primarily working in the Lab Chemistry department
• Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Evening/Night hours (exact times to be discussed during interview)
• Licensing: New Hampshire (NH) License required
• Candidate must live more than 50 miles from Dover, NH

Requirements

Experience

• Specialty: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Credentials & Certifications

• Valid NH professional license (Primary Source Verification required)
• N95 Fit Test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no onsite fit testing; must be completed prior)

• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed
• TB screening: Negative TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred (optional)
• Tdap vaccine preferred (optional)

Background & Compliance Checks

• Criminal background check covering past 7 years, including international searches if applicable
• Verification of highest education level achieved
• Social Security Number trace covering past 7 years
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start
• New Hampshire state-specific criminal and BEAS record checks within 30 days of start
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required

• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two recent professional references (minimum one supervisor or above)
• Skills checklist
• Candidate submission coversheet
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form

Additional Notes

• No religious exemptions for N95 fit testing or influenza vaccine
• Fit testing updates can only be done at specific locations if assignment is extended
• TB positive individuals must provide a negative chest x-ray dated after positive test
• All required documentation must be current and compliant with specified timelines
