Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) (Days)

Location: Batesville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Summary

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors.

Requirements

• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of OR experience required
• Must be able to circulate in the following specialties: GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular
• Experience with all patient populations required
• MediTech EMR experience required
• Active Arkansas or Compact RN license (verified via Nursys)
• Current American Heart Association certifications:

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• Work history and skills checklist relevant to Operating Room, current within 1 year
• Two supervisory reference forms from the last two years

Additional Information

• Dress code: Hospital-provided scrubs
• Unit size: 11 beds
• RN to patient ratio: 1:1
• Trauma Level: III

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of Batesville will not be considered; those between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but are less likely to be selected.
