Description

Job Opportunity: RN - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Main Operating Room with 16 ORs
EMR System: Meditech
Floor: 2nd floor
Typical procedures: Total joints, spine, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, plastics

Schedule

12-hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
Includes night and weekend call

Requirements

Licenses: Registered Nurse License (RN)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Specialty Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred; at least 2 years required in specialty (default to higher: 3 years)
Skills: Must have transplant skill set
Preferred: Certified nurses are preferred

Additional Notes

Candidates without the required skills will not be considered
Competitive market; unit offers opportunities to work with advanced procedures and technology
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
