Description
Job Opportunity: EP Tech - Radiology
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Specialty
- Position: EP Tech (Electrophysiology Technician)
- Required Certifications:
- ARRT or RCIS or RCES
- New Hampshire State License
- BLS and ACLS (for RNs)
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
- Preferred Experience: Critical care and/or cardiac experience
Work Environment & Unit Details
- Unit: Electrophysiology Lab
- Number of Beds: 3 Labs
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 3-4 staff members per room
- Equipment Used:
- Siemens and Philips X-ray systems
- EP Claris Recording System and Stimulator
- Carto, Rhythmia, and Ensite Mapping Systems
- RF and PFA ablation technology
- Documentation System: EP Claris Nurse Scribe
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Weekends/Holidays: No weekends, no major holidays required
- Call: No call required
- Overtime: Assigned to stay late 1-2 shifts per week if cases run past 5:30 PM
- Floating: No floating to other units
- Dress Code:
- OR scrubs required
- Shoes worn outside the hospital not allowed in labs without shoe covers
- Scrub cap required

- Implantable Cardio-defibrillators Implant
- Leadless Pacemaker Implant
- Subcutaneous ICD (SICD) Implants
- BiVentricular Pacemaker/ICD Implants
- EP Studies
- Right and Left Atrial Cardiac Ablations
- VT/PVC Ablations
- TEE/CVSN
- Laser Lead Extractions
- Left Atrial Appendage Closure Implant
Additional Information
- Advanced skills in critical care or cardiac experience are preferred.
- The unit uses advanced mapping and ablation technologies.
- No floating policy ensures consistent work environment.
- The schedule offers a good work-life balance with no weekends or major holidays and limited late shifts.
