Job Description

• Work at a small rural Critical Access Hospital in a scenic, outdoor-oriented community.
• Responsible for ER and acute care nursing, including triage in the ER.
• Serve as the only night shift RN in the building and in charge of the ER.
• Act as house supervisor for LTC nurse and CNA during the shift.
• Assist with LTC duties such as rounds and toileting at night.
• Shift staffing includes 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 CNA.
• Very low ER census (1-2 patients per shift) and low inpatient census (1-2 patients).
• Must be a team player willing to support fellow nurses.

Requirements

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred.
• Experience: Must be an experienced RN confident in ER and acute care nursing and triage.
• Prior travel experience: Not specified or required.
