Description

Job Opportunity: CATH Lab Angio Holding RN

Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit and Work Environment

Unit: Angio Holding (pre and post procedural area)
Cases: Cardiac, Vascular, Interventional Radiology
Shifts: Days, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 3 days per week
Bays: 7
Staffing: Typically 3 RNs per shift (may increase to 4)
Documentation EMR: EPIC

Qualifications and Experience

Specialty: Nursing in a Pre/Post Procedural area
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Pre/Post Procedural area
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
Knowledge: Basic understanding of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures
Prior travel experience: Not specified / not required

Additional Information

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday
Timely arrival is mandatory; do not accept the start date if unable to arrive on time
