Description

Job Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Aventura, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

Preferred experience in Electrophysiology (EP)
Minimum of 10 shifts per month, with alternating weekends
Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (5 beds)
Procedures performed: Cardiac Cath, EP, and Interventional Radiology (IR)
Equipment: Cath Lab equipment and supplies
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling: On-call required
Floating policy: No floating
Patient experience: Zero tolerance for patient experience issues
Dress code: Light Blue uniform
Recognized as a Chest Pain Center

Requirements

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
Licenses: Registered Nurse License required
Must have Cath and EP experience

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability
Emphasis on advanced skills in Cath Lab and EP procedures
Candidates should be prepared for on-call scheduling and a minimum shift commitment
No floating to other units
