Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotational call and holidays as assigned
• Preferred start date by March 9 (may allow off-cycle start on March 2)

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• License: Must hold a valid license appropriate for X-Ray Tech in Texas

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start, must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing
• Fit Mask Test: Required within 6 months prior to start, annual updates required
• Immunizations/Vaccines (must be current or have acceptable documentation):

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) and TB Questionnaire annually
  • Rubeola (Measles) – Positive titer or 2 vaccines
  • Mumps – Positive titer or 2 vaccines
  • Rubella – Positive titer or 2 vaccines
  • Hepatitis B – Positive titer or series with declination form if applicable
  • Varicella – Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or proof of disease
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination or facility-specific declination (during flu season)
  • COVID-19 initial series required (boosters not required)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of various facility forms prior to start (health record, code of conduct, confidentiality, security agreements, orientation materials, vaccine exemption if applicable)
• 2 professional references within 3 years
• Resume or employment application required
• Skills checklist updated annually
