Job Opportunity: Emergency Room RN (Night Shift)

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
  • Perform safe, rapid, and accurate triage based on physical and psychosocial needs.
  • Communicate effectively with ER Physicians and APP providers regarding patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, APP providers, allied health staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide direction to Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff.
  • Receive direction from Emergency Department Leader, Providers, and Chief Nursing Officer.

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license for Montana
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

Experience
