Description

Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist

Location: Bemidji, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Assist physicians with heart catheterization procedures including peripherals, pacemakers, ablations, monitoring vitals, and charting. Work involves use of specialized equipment and sterile techniques in a 3 Cath Lab unit.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience (higher end of 2-5 years preferred)
Experience with vascular, coronary, and device implants required
Experience with EP (electrophysiology) procedures preferred
ARRT certification required
BLS (AHA) certification required
Willingness to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Preferred Qualifications

RCIS or RCES certification preferred
Epic charting experience highly preferred

Schedule and Work Environment

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Call: 1-2 times per week, plus every 4th weekend
Late team coverage 1-2 times per week (stay until procedures complete)
No floating to other units

Unit has 3 Cath Labs
Orientation and training details provided during interview
Clinicians must badge in/out at facility
Ceil Blue provided for staff
Candidates living within 80 miles may have adjusted pay rates (not included here)

This position is ideal for Cath Lab Technologists with solid recent experience, ARRT certification, and familiarity with cardiac procedures and equipment, seeking a 13-week contract in Minnesota.
